is a qualified Chartered accountant since 2009 and completed his B.Com (Hons.) from Goenka College of Commerce and Business Administration in the year 2008. He is also a qualified Company Secretary and has completed certificate course from ICAI in Valuation & from IICA in Independent Director Databank . He looks after Audit & Finance which include internal audit & statutory audit based as per Indian GAAP, Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS of Bhutan) and CMA proposals for bank loan facilities. He further engaged in Fixed Asset Register Preparation for School & Hospitality Sector. He has completed assignment with companies in Hospitality, Real Estate, Insurance, NBFC, Iron & Steel Sectors.

Anant

is a Business development head of our brand LegalMantra.net and looks after the functioning and marketing of the brand. He is a member of ICAI and an Honours Graduate in Commerce. He is young energetic and has a wide experience in development of a brand and also he is expertise in Indirect tax matters and currently handing indirect tax issue of well renowned hotels in India .

Aayush

Aayush Garg is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has completed his graduation and post-graduation from Calcutta university and was able to become a successful chartered accountant at an early age of 21, but he didn't stop there, he went extra miles and thrived in the ICSI as well as ICWAI exam to become a qualified company secretary as well as a cost accountant with All India rank of 9 in CMA Final, 12 in CMA Inter and 25 in CS Executive and also eastern region rank 1 at CMA Inter & Final exams. After a successful and prolific career as a student he went on to join the leading steel giant of the nation Tata Steel Ltd. in its Ferro alloy mineral division and finally resigning from the post of senior manager after a profusive stint of 4 years, but the years spent at Tata steel brought the inner leader in him, enabling him to hone his capabilities, knowledge, and experience and channel it towards something which he was always meant to be i.e a shepherd guiding his family, friends, and clients in making better financial decisions. .
