  • Regulation 33 – Financial Results (PDF, Limited Review Report, and XBRL Format)

    • Due Date: 14th November 2024
    • Description: Submission of financial results along with the Limited Review Report and XBRL version.
  • Regulation 46 – Website Update

    • Due Date: Within two working days from any content change.
    • Description: The website must be updated with specific information such as shareholding patterns, corporate governance reports, and disclosures in a timely manner.
  • Regulation 47 – Newspaper Publication of Results

    • Due Date: Within 48 hours from the results declaration.
    • Description: Publication of financial results in one English and one vernacular newspaper within 48 hours of approval.

2. Compliances under DP Regulations

Depository Participants (DPs) and companies must comply with SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, which entail specific quarterly and annual requirements.

  • Regulation 74(5) – RTA Certificate

    • Due Date: 15th November 2024
    • Description: Submission of a certificate from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) confirming that securities have been duly dematerialized or re-materialized during the quarter.
  • Regulation 76 – Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit (PDF and XBRL Format)

3. Compliances under PIT Regulations

  • SDD Compliance Certificate
  • Due Date: 21st October 2024
  • Description: Compliance certificate for Structured Digital Database (SDD) is not mandatory if the Secretarial Compliance Report has been submitted for the financial year.
